About the Role

Join Catholic Charities Disabilities Services as a Residential Purchasing Coordinator and play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact by coordinating and completing purchases for personal needs, supplies, and program necessities while ensuring compliance with agency policies, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and completing purchases for individuals’ personal needs, supplies, and program necessities with agency policies, budgets, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring all IRA’s have adequate stock of necessary supplies
  • Maintaining accurate financial documentation, inventory tracking, and reporting to support program operations and compliance
  • Submitting financial documentation when requested and/or by required deadlines

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience with IDD population
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable working vehicle

Work Type

  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm some flexibility with hours

Salary/Compensations

  • $22.00 - $22.00
