About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the medical management of assigned Residential Program & caseload
  • Assist the RN in development and maintenance of records and care plans
  • Keep the RN informed of program needs and any issues regarding the individuals
  • Administer and record prescribed medications following established protocols
  • Provide direct support to the individuals as needed

Requirements

  • Registered New York State Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required
