About the Role

Join Catholic Charities Disabilities Services as a Residential Shift Supervisor and contribute to our mission of making a positive impact in the community. This role offers endless opportunities to make a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations of the program.
• Supervise all Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure Direct Support Professionals implement service plans to aid residents in daily living and community activities.
• Administer program services as directed.

Requirements

• Valid NYS Driver's License and personal transportation.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional.
