Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA).
- Collaborate with the individual's support team, including family, nursing, administration, and clinical staff, to provide person-centered supports.
Requirements
- Possess a valid NYS Driver's License and personal transportation.
- High School diploma/GED required; higher education preferred.
- Two years of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
