About the Role

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Build our next-generation platform to sell food, grocery items, and more.
  • Define software architecture and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Build reliable, scalable systems with high concurrency.
  • Build global systems used by thousands of people.
  • Drive for excellence in system development.

Requirements

  • Golang expert with at least 1 year of experience in distributed systems and services.
  • 3+ years of experience in large-scale applications.
  • 3+ years of experience working with agile methodologies.
  • Experience in cloud platform hosting via AWS/GCP using terraform/cloud formation/helm.
  • Proficiency in high code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of them post-deployment.
