About the Role
Associates on the Client Success team ensure clients receive value exceeding their investment by understanding their business priorities, breaking down challenges, and identifying effective support strategies. They are responsible for onboarding clients, demonstrating the value of Gartner services, and encouraging engagement with products used by large client teams.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop and manage relationships with Senior C-levels in IT practices, ensuring successful utilization of Gartner subscription for client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
- Facilitate client calls and engagements to identify client priorities and recommend actions that drive high value and return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize delivered value.
- Conduct regular reviews of client book of business, analyzing performance and key client engagement metrics.
Requirements
- Australia citizenship is required.
- 1-4 years’ relevant professional and/or internship experience.
- Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
