About the Role
Assist the driver with the safe management of students onboard the vehicle, including assisting students entering and exiting, performing safety checks, leading emergency evacuations, and communicating behavior issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist the driver with the safe management of students onboard the vehicle.
- Assist students as they enter and exit the vehicle.
- Perform safety checks.
- Lead emergency evacuations.
- Communicate behavior issues with parents and management.
Requirements
- Experience working with children.
- Undergo pre-employment testing.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- At least 19 years old.
- Ability to work with people in a positive manner.
- Ability to manage student behavior in a non-confrontational manner.
- Be subject to a background check, drug screen & physical performance test.
- Ability to handle and manage vehicle and student emergencies in a calm, appropriate manner.
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule.
