About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with entry authorization and directing guests as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities according to site policy.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
