About the Role
The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the Adjudication Backlog Internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 25. The Internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months.
Responsibilities
- Claims Adjudication – Supplier claims, unrepresented and represented claims and death benefit claims processing
- External Stakeholder engagement (e.g., Consulting with families of claimants, service providers, direct claimants etc.)
- General office administration, filing and data capturing related to the claim’s administration process
Requirements
- Certified copy of Grade 12 / NQF level 4 certificate
- Certified copy of Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Certified copy of your ID
- Certified copy of Academic transcript
- Your CV and motivational letter
- Must be unemployed
- Must have never been employed in the field of the post
- Must have never participated in an internship programme in the relevant field of the post previously
- Applicants must be between the age of 18 and 25
- Applicants are restricted to apply for a maximum of 3 positions only

- Applicants must have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) and provide proof of evaluation if applicable
