About the Role

Conduct cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) and prepare strategic health technology assessment (HTA) materials to minimize price cuts for responsible products under the Official Cost Effectiveness Evaluation (CEE).

Responsibilities

Accomplish CEA according to guidelines and generate plausible results in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare required materials and negotiate with C2H/MHLW in the official CEE process.
Make suggestions to Pricing & Market Access strategy in terms of HTA.
Collect and leverage updated information about technical knowledge and HTA systems for activities.

Requirements

Experience of CEA.
Experience of CEE negotiation with C2H (nice to have).
Experience of working in a multi-national pharmaceutical company (nice to have).
Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Science, Economics or pharmacists).
Pharmacist license (nice to have).
Medical license (nice to have).
Knowledge of healthcare business, HTA, and pricing & reimbursement regulations in Japan.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Logical thinking.
Problem resolution skills.
Project management skills.
Experience in Real World Data analysis/Epidemiological research (nice to have).
Familiarity with operating in a global business (nice to have).
Statistical skills (nice to have).
High-level Excel skills (nice to have).
Japanese: Fluent.
English: Business-level.
