About the Role
Maintain a customer service oriented parking program by assisting the Parking Manager and Parking Coordinator in providing helpful information to the Humber Community, positive enforcement of rules & regulations, and maintaining, categorizing and updating the parking permit online purchase system and parker database. Other responsibilities include maintaining and updating parking access holder database within the college Access Manager system, as well as generating applicable revenue reports from the daily/visitor revenue parking software applications used to operate the pay on exit parking revenue control equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Parking Manager and Parking Coordinator in providing helpful information to the Humber Community.
- Provide positive enforcement of parking rules & regulations.
- Maintain, categorize, and update the parking permit online purchase system.
- Maintain, categorize, and update the parker database.
- Maintain and update the parking access holder database within the college Access Manager system.
- Generate applicable revenue reports from daily/visitor revenue parking software applications.
- Operate pay on exit parking revenue control equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dealing with security/parking/traffic/transit management in a large operation/facility required.
- Experience comes in many forms, skills are transferable, and a progressive mindset goes a long way.
