About the Role
Citi is seeking a Senior Supervisor candidate within Markets Operations to support Exchange Traded Derivatives, OTC Clearing, and FX Prime Brokerage businesses. The role focuses on the setup, maintenance, and resolution of static data for Exchange Traded products, accounts, and exchanges across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. The candidate will assist in static data setup and maintenance within Citi systems, working with global peer colleagues on break resolution and static data management. This individual contributor role offers significant autonomy in investigations and trend analysis, with future involvement in a major systems upgrade, including design, testing, and roll-out.
Responsibilities
- Setup ETD and OTC client facing accounts and ensure setups are correctly done across all systems
- Run daily missing attribute controls to proactively monitor and ensure all accounts are correctly setup
- Support requests raised by stakeholders across product control, client service groups, reconciliations, remediations, treasury and margin operations
- Identify opportunities to improve controls and simplify processes and take ownership to effect change
- Adhere to all control, compliance and regulatory requirements impacting function
Requirements
- Relevant experience related to Futures (ETD) Clearing and/or Markets Operations
- Experience in data analytics is preferable
- Experience with FIS, GMI, Consensys, ION, XTP, or MSTR
- Demonstrated strong process improvement
- Ability to communicate in a compelling manner with all levels of management and across functional areas – both written and oral. Across global boundaries
- Ability to operate in a highly matrixed and ambiguous environment, navigate through the global framework, handle conflicting priorities with effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Deeply curious on the “why” behind the “what”
- Energetic with an appetite to continuously improve processes to drive better outcomes and lower risk
