About the Role
LLE seeks a self-motivated student to complete a comprehensive learning experience while receiving continued career development and enrichment in association with an academic program. This opportunity involves Linux systems administration and is ideal for students with a strong interest in cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Add features to our smartcard configuration application using Python.
- Build dashboards and alerts within the Elastic Stack.
- Utilize data extraction, transformation, and loading concepts and practices.
- Use Linux from the command line without GUIs.
- Understand basic TCP/IP networking concepts.
- Write scripts in bash or Python.
- Read and debug Python code.
- Present issues to peers and managers.
- Use git, gitlab, and other development and collaborative tools.
- Work with a team.
Requirements
- Enrollment in an academic program that allows academic credit for working.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
