About the Role

The Commercial Analyst will provide strategic analytics and commercial insights to support bids, tenders, and customer contracting decisions across ANZ. This role optimizes the performance, compliance, and management of commercial customer contracts, influencing pricing strategy and financial outcomes to drive business growth and contracting excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pricing analysis, tender submissions, and commercial proposals to support profitable customer contracts and successful business outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven commercial insights and recommendations to inform pricing, profitability, and contracting decisions.
  • Manage customer contracts across public and private healthcare sectors, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and effective administration.
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including pricing updates, contract amendments, renewals, expiries, and documentation management.
  • Drive operational excellence through contract governance, rebate management, reporting, compliance monitoring, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with minimum 3 years’ commercial experience in a similar role preferably within medical devices, pharma, or FMCG.
  • Highly developed analytical skills (preferably sales/pricing analytics), with the ability to uncover insights, simplify data and help others to understand output.
  • Good business acumen, proficient communicator and the ability to engage, partner and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation, project management and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Must have rights to work in Australia.
