About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Performance Analyst to join our team in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong reporting and data analysis skills who enjoys turning complex information into meaningful insights that support operational performance and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Producing reports, analysing performance data, supporting client reporting requirements and responding to ad hoc information requests.
- Working closely with operational teams and colleagues across the business to provide valuable insight, identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing analysis and reporting solutions for operational teams using a range of reporting tools and systems.
- Acting as a key link between operational management and IT development teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective reporting and technology solutions.
- Specification and delivery of regular and ad hoc reporting to clients and senior managers
- Analyse business requirements and propose effective business solutions
- Support business process reviews, data management and system improvements
- Act as the interface between operational teams, clients and IT developers
- Produce intelligent analysis of performance indicators, trends and observations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-led insight
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimise IT support and reporting capability
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners and suppliers
- Support development and service desk teams with issue resolution
- Undertake ad hoc projects and provide support across wider teams when required
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with data and reporting tools
- Proven reporting and analytical skills
- Experience working within an office-based environment
- Background within the property or housing sector
- Ability to identify trends and provide meaningful business insight
- Approach work with initiative and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Candidates must have the entitlement to work within the UK.
- Background, Identity, Security clearance & BPSS check will be carried out.
- Required identification includes Proof of Address, References, a valid passport and proof that you have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.

- up to £43,000.00
