About the Role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst / Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our team at Aarorn Technologies. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing application features.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop process flows using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
• Perform GAP analysis and impact analysis.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and Product Owners.
• Support Sprint Planning, Grooming, UAT, and Production Releases.
• Coordinate with business users during testing and production deployment.
• Analyze production issues and recommend solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Develop and enhance application features.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications and microservices.
• Build and maintain REST APIs or Microservices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Debug production issues.
• Perform code reviews.
• Participate in CI/CD deployment activities.
• Support application modernization initiatives.
• Optimize application performance.
• Assist in integration with third-party systems.
