Responsibilities
- Deliver product to packaging lines in a timely fashion, ensuring product is supplied to machines according to daily production demands.
- Organize product storage under controlled temperature conditions for easy retrieval and GMP compliance.
- Transfer product between storage sites and perform weekly cycle counts, following up on discrepancies.
- Dispose of in-process materials for discards.
- Monitor daily temperature recordings for refrigerators and freezers, accounting for irregularities to meet cGMP.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, stacking skids, and reorganizing materials.
- Transfer received materials to proper storage locations.
- Retrieve released product from storage and deliver to shipping.
- Perform WFI sampling and deliver samples to QC.
- Operate Zebra labeler to print carton labels.
- Operate Graseby Allen printer to imprint lot numbers and expiry dates on cartons.
- Prepare “Dummy” packages for the Marketing department.
- Perform operator and examiner duties on specified Ampoule Inspection lines.
- Operate Gilowy and Metromatic vial washers.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma/Grade 12 (Basic Science, Math and Computer), plus a minimum of one (1) year of previous relevant work experience.
- Preferred High School Diploma/Grade 12 + other recognized formal education (Reach Truck Certificate, Forklift Certificate, D license for Trucks), plus a minimum of one (1) year of previous relevant work experience.
