About the Role

GLOBAL PROTECT is a certified security service provider with diverse 34a jobs in Berlin. Since 2008, GLOBAL PROTECT has been serving private residential home management companies and public clients, securing numerous social housing projects, asylum shelters, emergency shelters, and facilities for the temporary accommodation of various groups. We also serve hospitals/clinics and administrative buildings in the Berlin and Brandenburg regions.

Responsibilities

Ensure security in the emergency room and throughout the entire property.
Perform security and surveillance tasks to protect people, buildings, and facilities.
Conduct regular checks and patrols within the building and on the outdoor premises.
Manage access and attendance controls, along with general property protection tasks.
Support the maintenance of safety, order, and smooth operations in the emergency room.
Handle many other exciting and responsible tasks.

Requirements

IHK certificate of competence according to §34a GewO.
Unblemished extended police clearance certificate (eFZ).
Valid first aid certificate.
Current certificate as a fire safety assistant.
Proof of participation in a de-escalation training and a conflict management course.
Training in dealing with vulnerable individuals.
Strong intercultural competence.

Salary/Compensations

Payment according to currently valid collective agreement (01.01.2026).
15% night shift allowance.
25% Sunday allowance.
