About the Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will be an ambassador for Kido's values and a gatekeeper for its vibrant culture, contributing to a fast-growing international company.
Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing environment, supporting a safe and engaging space for children to learn and thrive.
- Act as a consistent key person, offering comfort, stability, and strong relationships for key children.
- Record observations and plan next steps to support each child's development.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet different learning styles and interests.
- Set up inspiring spaces that spark curiosity, awe, and exploration.
- Work with families and professionals to provide tailored support for children with additional needs.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly to the DSL.
- Contribute to daily health and safety routines and risk assessments.
Requirements
- Must hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 or Level 3 minimum.
- Level 2 qualifications in English, including functional skills, are required if a Level 3 qualification was obtained after 2014.
- Sponsorship applications are not supported at this time.

- £27,500 - £30,000 / year
