About the Role
The post holder is responsible for the University's specialist widening participation activities for target post-16 students across health and medical sciences. They apply expertise to the design and implementation of activity that supports the delivery of the University's Access and Participation Plan, inspiring and preparing students for progression into higher education.
Responsibilities
- Planning, delivery, and evaluation of activity for target students, schools, colleges, and local communities.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure a high-quality program offer and strong engagement.
- Utilizing evaluation, data, and sector insights to continuously improve program outcomes.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of new and existing widening participation provision.
