About the Role

We are expanding our Community & Prevention department and seeking a psychologist to inspire people to lead a fit and positive life. You will be the visible expert face on camera, delivering psychological content, and building and supporting an active community around mental health and prevention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychological content (e.g., stress management, sleep hygiene, resilience) in a target-group-oriented, low-threshold manner.
• Host and moderate regular live streams on Twitch with a core team member.
• Conduct interactive Q&A sessions and live exercises (e.g., breathing techniques) directly with the chat.
• Provide expert supervision of community spaces (Discord, chat), including de-escalation and early crisis detection.
• Identify warning signs in community members and discreetly forward them to professional support systems.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to prepare expert focus topics for the target audience.
• Represent the project at gaming events, trade fairs, and conferences (e.g., Gamescom).

Requirements

• Completed psychology degree (M.Sc. or Diploma).
• Knowledge in health promotion, prevention, or stress management.
• Experience with online communities (Discord, Twitch, or comparable).
• Initial experience in front of the camera or in live formats.
• Empathy, resilience, and a good sense for sensitive topics in digital spaces.
• Authentic familiarity with the gaming and/or e-sports scene is a clear plus.
• Willingness for regular evening streams and flexible working hours.
• Own Twitch channel or demonstrable streaming experience (Nice to have).
• Experience with crisis intervention or psychosocial counseling (Nice to have).
• Knowledge of OBS or comparable streaming tools (Nice to have).
