About the Role
As a Cleaner at Homestead, you will help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors by following established cleaning routines.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting, Vacuuming, etc.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms
- Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges))
- Winter snow removal
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment)
- Reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices are essential
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Satisfactory reference check
- Criminal records clearance
