About the Role

Responsible for carrying out clinical pharmacy services, promoting clinically and evidence-based rational drug therapy, and sound pharmaceutical care. Serves as a clinical pharmacy resource and preceptor for the residency program and pharmacy students. Conducts research and scholarly activities with the goal of publishing. Supervises and guides pharmacists, directing and disciplining employees.

• Conducting research and other scholarly activities throughout the year with the goal of publishing
• Supervising and guiding pharmacists on the optimal provision of care to ensure professional development
• Directing and disciplining employees through the use of independent judgment
