About the Role
As Team Operations Lead, you will be responsible for keeping the Runway East team running smoothly, owning the company rhythm and employee experience. This role is ideal for an experienced Operations professional who can both execute tasks and think strategically.
Responsibilities
- Own recruitment from start to finish, including employer branding.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience.
- Lead culture initiatives, including the Culture Squad and social committee.
- Oversee the company's goal-setting process.
- Drive the performance and feedback cycles.
- Serve as a resource for managers dealing with employee relations issues.
- Manage people operations, including policies, perks, and benefits.
- Report directly to leadership and contribute to strategic discussions.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a senior individual in an early-stage startup environment.
- Ability to quickly assess situations and understand underlying dynamics.
- Proven ability to gain trust and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills that encourage engagement.
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks independently.
