About the Role

This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across various departments, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and utilize data to improve recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of Sales talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the VP of People to shape role requirements, interview plans, and hiring criteria.
  • Own the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and clear feedback.
  • Track and report on recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to improve hiring processes.
  • Manage the ATS, job postings, and recruitment documentation.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, aiming to reduce reliance over time.
  • Participate in interview panels for select roles.
  • Respond quickly to surge hiring needs without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • Proven success recruiting in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring Sales and technical talent.
  • Experience recruiting across North American markets (US and Canada).
  • Track record of owning and reporting on recruitment KPIs.
  • Comfort with modern sourcing and ATS tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Demonstrable use of AI to improve efficiency.
  • Grit and determination.
  • Agility and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Curiosity about people, roles, and candidate fit.
  • Strong partnership and internal communication skills.
  • Strong alignment with Klir Company Values.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
