About the Role
In our Business Services Team, we ensure smooth operations by combining operational thinking with strategic skill. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure an efficient purchasing process and handle inquiries from our dealers and cross-departmental teams from all over Europe. If you enjoy and are interested in acting independently and responsibly and can also communicate in English, then you are exactly right with us.
Responsibilities
- Take over the operational management of our purchasing process and independently manage the processing of after-sales activities.
- Act as a communication interface between dealers and work cross-departmentally to support the entire purchasing process.
- Ensure timely processing through skillful coordination, identify delays, and initiate corrective actions.
- Support problem-solving in the purchasing process in collaboration with our teams.
- Continuously expand your knowledge during your activity, take responsibility, and contribute to the optimization of our processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and initial experience in the B2B or customer management sector.
- Enjoy customer contact and possess a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Team play and hands-on mentality characterize you.
- Confident use of Google Sheets or Excel.
- You are proficient in writing, eloquent, and have strong communication skills in German and English.
