About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Technical Product Owner who is eager to learn, asks challenging questions, and is dedicated to ensuring systems operate at scale. This role involves owning the lifecycle of a high-performance data ecosystem, transforming technical complexity into a clear roadmap, and enhancing service reliability.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into precise, actionable technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to refine requirements, define test cases, and understand data flow architecture.
- Guide features through the entire lifecycle, from ideation to live operation.
- Utilize Git, Jenkins, and monitoring dashboards for system health visibility.
- Lead the transition of prototypes into reliable, scalable services.
Requirements
- Initial experience as a Technical Product Owner/Product Manager, or demonstrated technical affinity and a strong desire to grow into the role.
- Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD), ETL, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Graylog.
- Ability to communicate precisely in an agile environment.
- Capacity to understand developer challenges and translate them into business solutions.
- Ability to act independently, take ownership, be pragmatic, and deliver results.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo, communicate clearly and honestly, and ask thought-provoking questions.
- Experience with data pipelines, microservices, or the AdTech industry is a plus.
- A portfolio, side project, or demo repository demonstrating practical application and delivery of work is highly valued.
