About the Role
The company specializes in the management, leasing, and development of commercial properties, including shopping centers, retail parks, offices, and mixed-use properties. They are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to ensure the correct processing of all commercial management processes for their assigned properties.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct processing of all commercial management processes for assigned properties.
- Record, maintain, and process all property and lease-related data in the REALAX management system.
- Maintain property and tenant files, create invoices, credit notes, and debit notes, and handle dunning processes.
- Prepare operating cost statements and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate with rent accounting and center and property managers.
- Monitor contractual deadlines and follow-ups, and participate in economic plans, forecasts, reports, and decision papers.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in real estate management (e.g., Real Estate Agent, Business Administrator, Real Estate Administrator, or similar).
- Professional experience in the commercial management of commercial real estate.
- Proficient knowledge of property management software, ideally REALAX, and good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good to very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
