About the Role
This role sits within the Express Integrations Team, responsible for managing integration efforts and relationships across multiple parties including restaurant & grocery partners, external technology providers, and business stakeholders. The position is integral to driving success as the company grows and offers an opportunity to work with diverse teams in a fast-changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage pre-kickoff preparations, project kickoffs, and project plans including milestones and communications for successful product adoption.
- Manage the end-to-end technical integration of partners, from integration through to test planning, UAT, and production go-live.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by working with engineering and product teams.
- Create rollout plans specific to each project.
- Establish go-live criteria and define owners for each stage.
- Track and clear issues.
- Communicate progress to the wider business.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies, and provide escalation management during new product launches.
- Ensure external and internal teams work toward the same goal and manage communication & changes during product rollouts.
- Advocate for all stakeholders throughout the release cycle to ensure they have the support needed to succeed.
- Identify areas for improvement and execute required changes across product, engineering, business, or POS teams.
- Analyze and aggregate feedback from partners on products.
- Liaise with Product Management to assist in prioritization.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in Technical Integrations Management, Technical Programme Management, or similar roles.
- Technical understanding and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of API integration projects lifecycle.
- Ability to manage technical configuration of SaaS-like solutions.
- Comfort troubleshooting technical issues using data tools.
- Willingness to take responsibility, run multiple projects simultaneously, and drive them forward without close supervision.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams.
- Very good working knowledge of Jira, Confluence & Jira Service Management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project planning skills with an emphasis on technology.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management / relationship building skills.
- Ability to hold each party responsible for their actions.
- Experience leveraging AI tooling as a means to improve productivity (preferred).
