About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Business Analysis at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You will lead and team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. Responsibilities

Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
Assume ownership and potential P&L accountability for a business segment.
Conduct strategic planning with a 1-6 month horizon.
Manage and develop a team of analysts, coaching and mentoring associates.
Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for lending products.
Lead product-level modeling and analytics.
Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and strategic intent for products.
Build targeted insights to inform customer experiences, technology, and go-to-market strategies.
Drive improvements in credit performance by analyzing consumer credit trends and creating risk models.
Coordinate across business lines to manage and sequence business intent delivery.
Build business requirements and execute product strategy.
Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently.
Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
At least 1 year of experience performing people management
At least 1 year of experience performing project management
Proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.
Strong quantitative orientation.
Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity.
Tenacious decision maker with a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach.
Ability to build and leverage high-performing teams and business partners.
Foster innovation, drive critical decisions, hold business partners accountable, and deliver results.
Impeccable written and oral communication skills.

Previous consulting experience is a plus.
