About the Role
As the HR Coordinator, you will support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a stable environment and is comfortable being an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to the HR team, including the Manager, Generalists, and Administrator
- Handle daily timekeeping tasks in FactoryTrack to ensure correct job allocation
- Assist in creating and running ad hoc reports for various department requests
- Assist the recruiting process by scheduling interviews and conducting pre-screening calls as needed
- Assist on payroll processing as needed
- Facilitate the occupational physician schedule to manager pre-employment appointments
- Maintain accurate employee files according to department folder protocols, and ensure HRIS data is correct
- Process job changes, salary adjustments, and other employee changes as needed
- Respond to general support inquiries for all employees as needed, under the direction of the HR Manager
- Perform additional duties as needed and assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator position or similar
