About the Role

The Coordinator of Training will support the implementation of training requirements by working closely with ACS’ provider agencies, tracking deliverables, and supporting associated processes and logistics. This role interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to ensure good communication and timely deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage shared mailboxes, responding to emails and vetting/approving substitute training requests.
• Support community-based provider agencies with training requirement processes.
• Conduct information sessions for provider agency leadership regarding training requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in training requirement planning, implementation, and process improvement meetings.
• Prepare regular reports on training completion and other requested reports.
• Identify gaps, analyze trends, and propose improvements to the OTWD team.
• Collaborate with the Learning Management System Team for report accuracy.
• Provide support to OTWD leadership, including special projects and administrative tasks.
• Attend meetings on behalf of OTWD, preparing agendas, taking notes, and facilitating.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities related to the duties.
• High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities related to the duties.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to the above, with at least one year of experience as described in the first point.

• $62,868 - $72,298
