About the Role

This role requires your own vehicle and mileage will be paid. You will be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations. You will ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift.
• Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
• Place weekly orders, manage daily stock rotation, and produce monthly stock takes.
• Maintain audit standards for food and health & safety compliance.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Build confidence and capability in your team, enabling them to succeed.

Requirements

• Must have own vehicle.
• Must have reliable transportation for early morning commutes.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• Ability to maintain high standards at all times.
• Ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
• Ability to work shifts that can start as early as 6 am.
• Ability to learn new skills or improve existing ones.
