About the Role
Support the Media Performance Analytics Manager in executing measurement frameworks, generating insights, and enabling data-driven media optimization for Unilever. Act as a subject matter expert on media analytics tools and methodologies within the client environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute and advance media measurement for Unilever campaigns, including setup, reporting, ROI analysis, attribution, and effectiveness evaluation.
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations, presenting clear business narratives to Unilever stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal WPP Unite teams, Unilever teams, and external partners on measurement projects and KPI development.
- Support the development, automation, and evangelization of data inputs/outputs and dashboards for Unilever.
- Stay current on media measurement trends and analytics tools, bringing WPP's thought leadership to Unilever.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships under WPP guidance and in alignment with Unilever's objectives.
- Partner with WPP's Data Engineering for data and dashboard support, and with Advanced Analytics for applying advanced methods.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in media analytics, market research, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), Excel, and basic coding (SQL, Python preferred).
- Experience with media measurement, campaign analytics, and data storytelling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and operate effectively within a client-embedded team.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
- Prior usage of major media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) for campaign reporting and optimization.
- Awareness of digital marketing measurement tools (MMM, Attribution, Brand Health, Lift/Incrementality Testing, Data Clean Rooms).
