About the Role
You are the central point of contact for our clients once a project goes into implementation. You ensure that construction sites are successfully managed and maintain an overview even when things get complex.
Responsibilities
- Steering and support of construction projects from start to finish
- Independent communication with clients during the entire construction phase
- Coordination of various trades and internal teams
- Management of escalations and challenging customer situations
- Clarification of invoice and service issues
- Processing of technical questions
- Ensuring that projects are implemented on time and customer-oriented
Requirements
- Ideally, you have experience in construction project management, as a construction manager, project manager, or in a comparable role
- Technical understanding, especially regarding construction or renovation topics, is an advantage
- You are assertive and keep a cool head even in difficult situations
- Customer focus is a matter of course for you, even when conversations become challenging
- You are eager to delve deeply into complex topics and do not give up until you find a solution
- You bring a high personal drive and initiative
- Professional curiosity characterizes you. You want to understand how things work
