About the Role

Caspar Health is developing a central digital work environment for therapists and clinic teams to simplify, speed up, and secure clinical processes, allowing healthcare professionals more time for patient care. The HCP product integrates patient care, therapy planning, and clinical workflows, aiming to become the central work environment for its users. The role focuses on identifying and improving bottlenecks to reduce time spent, increase usage, and maintain or enhance care quality.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end product responsibility for the HCP product, including vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Prioritize between customer benefit, care quality, technical feasibility, and economic contribution.
  • Make goal conflicts visible early.
  • Utilize AI (Skills, Agents) to accelerate research, data analysis, prototyping, or delivery.
  • Ensure quality of decisions and speed of learning.
  • Collaborate regularly with therapists from Caspar Clinic and external clinics.
  • Observe workflows on-site and translate insights into prioritized problems and testable hypotheses.
  • Independently develop prototypes to test critical assumptions.
  • Understand technical concepts and collaborate with developers.
  • Make changes live when appropriate.
  • Provide the squad with a clear problem, a measurable goal, and context.
  • Moderate difficult decisions, prioritize consistently, and ensure the team optimizes for impact over output.
  • Define success metrics before implementation, measuring time spent, usage of central workflows, user satisfaction, and economic contribution.
  • Maintain quality and safety of care as guiding principles.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of end-to-end responsibility for a complex B2B or SaaS product, with demonstrable results.
  • Experience building, developing, or repositioning new products or significant product areas.
  • Practical use of AI and LLMs for research, analysis, or prototyping, demonstrating shortened learning or delivery cycles.
  • Familiarity with technical development workflows.
  • Experience with GitHub and Pull Requests is advantageous.
  • Clearly communicate complex issues to subject matter experts and tech teams.
  • Drive initiatives independently, make decisions within the area of responsibility, and identify risks early.
  • Seek support promptly to avoid dependencies or unresolved decisions hindering progress.
  • Combine qualitative discovery with product and business data.
  • Formulate testable hypotheses and adapt or stop initiatives based on new insights.
  • Connect user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial success with a strong business sense.
