About the Role

As part of the Studio Services team at AKQA, you will be dedicated to creating an exceptional studio experience for clients, guests, and teams. You will uphold the highest standards of service, care, and attention to detail, fostering a space that inspires creativity, collaboration, and wellbeing, consistent with the London studio’s strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to teams across the AKQA Studio.
  • Manage meeting room schedules, including set-up and clear-down.
  • Assist with ordering catering for meetings, events, stationery, and kitchens.
  • Support the organization and setup of internal events and moves.
  • Welcome and greet clients, guests, and team members professionally and warmly.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as security passes, courier bookings, studio requests, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and inspiring studio environment.
  • Assist with the onboarding and off-boarding of studio teams.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks and oversee on-site maintenance and minor repairs, managing contractors and ensuring H&S compliance.
  • Actively participate in the Studio Culture team to foster connection, creativity, and collaboration.

  • Build strong relationships with teams, clients, and guests.
  • Make a positive contribution to the team and receive positive feedback.
  • Strive to improve AKQA service levels, processes, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and implement priorities.
  • Manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines and high service levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
  • Good numerical skills.
