About the Role

This role involves processing and prioritizing incoming leads, ensuring inbound accessibility, and supporting operational service processes. You will communicate and coordinate with partner companies on operational matters, plan and coordinate external appointments, and support internal and external communication. Additionally, you will maintain and develop the CRM, including workflows, data quality, and process structures, and create reports and analyses, participating in cross-departmental projects in partner management.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Strong interest in climate protection and sustainability
Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
Currently pursuing or successfully completed a degree in economics, natural sciences, or a related field
First practical experience (e.g., internships, volunteer work) is ideal
Natural aptitude for complex interrelationships
Very good communication skills
High quality standards and a strong sense of responsibility
Organized, highly motivated, open, and honest
