About the Role
This is a senior, client-facing delivery role responsible for owning the day-to-day running of enterprise software engagements in the APAC region, ensuring successful delivery from kickoff through go-live and transition.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day delivery relationship across a single large key engagement or a small number of related engagements, as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on delivery matters.
- Own the end-to-end project plan for assigned engagement(s), including schedule, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
- Chair steering committees and run operational cadence of delivery status meetings, RAID log management, and action tracking.
- Take accountability for engagement delivery outcomes, including quality, client satisfaction, and commercial discipline (budget, margin, forecast, change control).
- Manage scope and change proactively, identifying change, preparing change requests, and driving them through to client sign-off.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, managing escalations and surfacing expansion/renewal signals.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and forecast resource demand, working with Services Operations to balance capacity, margin, and delivery commitments.
- Uphold and promote Aptitude's delivery methodology and governance standards, maintaining high-quality documentation and contributing lessons learned.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally financial systems, subscription platforms, or similarly complex enterprise solutions).
- Track record as the delivery lead on complex engagements, trusted by senior client stakeholders including C-level executives.
- Strong commercial acumen: engagement-level budget and margin management, forecasting, and scope and change control.
- Strong command of the core project management toolkit: planning and scheduling, RAID management, budgeting and forecasting, status reporting, and change control.
- Clear, confident communicator who builds alignment across client, partner, and internal teams.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with regional travel and on-site client work as delivery needs require.
