About the Role
The Growth Manager will own paid acquisition end-to-end at Doss, from strategy to hands-on execution across paid channels like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. This role involves building new channels, scaling existing ones, and designing experiments to generate pipeline volume. You will collaborate with product marketing, sales, and design to convert paid spend into qualified pipeline, and contribute to a testing engine focused on rapid iteration from market insight to live test.
Responsibilities
- Achieve pipeline goals by driving new opportunities from digital channels.
- Own paid advertising strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, including campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budget pacing, creative briefs, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Launch new paid channels from scratch and scale live channels efficiently while protecting CAC and efficiency.
- Design and run rigorous A/B tests using a scientific method, testing offers, messaging, creative, audiences, and formats.
- Measure leading and lagging indicators at each funnel stage and use them to inform actions.
- Partner with product marketing on positioning and messaging, sales on lead quality and feedback, and design on creative.
- Report on performance, maintaining dashboards and feedback loops with leadership on spend, efficiency, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience running paid ads across multiple channels.
- Deep, current understanding of Google, LinkedIn, and Meta ad platforms.
- Experience managing budgets in the $1M+ range.
- Proven ability to scale spend without losing efficiency.
- Experience as a hands-on operator, capable of building channels from a blank slate to a scaled program.
- Demonstrated experience with experimentation, including hypothesis formulation, controlled variables, and statistical significance.
- Strong understanding of leading vs. lagging indicators and how to measure them.
- Ability to write clear and persuasive ad creative and landing pages.
- Bias toward action and rapid iteration.
- Team-first mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-trust, high-performance environment.
