About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Security Director, Northern Europe, based in London, to serve as the senior security partner to commercial teams and clients across the region. This role is responsible for driving growth in security consulting, training, managed services, and workforce resilience solutions while strengthening client relationships and market presence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to identify, secure, and grow client opportunities across Northern Europe.
• Act as the regional subject matter expert for security and workforce resilience solutions.
• Support complex bids, tenders, and client engagements with technical security expertise.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to scope, design, and deliver client-focused security solutions.
• Contribute to regional business strategy and commercial growth plans as a member of the leadership team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry peers, and key stakeholders.
• Represent the organisation at industry forums, conferences, webinars, and professional events.
• Promote thought leadership initiatives and enhance brand recognition within the security and risk management sector.
• Provide market insights and support regional innovation and service development.
• Support crisis management activities and provide expert security guidance when required.

Requirements

• Significant experience in security, risk management, consulting, or a related field, with exposure to client-facing environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional European language capabilities are advantageous.

Education Level

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in security, international relations, law enforcement, disaster management, or a related discipline.
