About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to manage our club, acting as the primary point of communication between the school and JAG. This role involves promoting the club and increasing bookings while ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and support staff in delivering a safe and effective program.
- Ensure effective communication between the venue, team, parents, school/leisure center, and Central Operations.
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children, inspiring them to explore their interests.
- Plan, supervise, and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm.
- Implement protocols and policies with team members.
- Create unexpected experiences that make people go 'WOW!'.
- Bring unique talents and skills to the role.
Requirements
- Management and Team leading experience.
- Real passion for working with children.
- 3 years of Management experience.
- Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must provide two references (most recent employer and childcare setting if applicable).
- Must meet requirements for hiring process, including compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education policy.
- Must be eligible for a DBS check and provide correct documentation.

Work Type
- Term time only
- 32 hours a week
- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 9:00am & 11.45am - 1.45pm & 3.20pm - 6.00pm
Experience Level
- 3 years of Management experience

- Level 3 in Childcare (preferred)
