About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets in a varied, fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. Responsibilities

  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed.
  • Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to be at their best is paramount.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Passionate about customers, people, and products, with an energetic approach that inspires and motivates others.
  • Exceptional commercial understanding with the ability to create a fantastic shopping experience.
  • A team player who thrives in a results-driven, fast-paced, and challenging environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and bring the team along with new objectives.

  • Calm and approachable under pressure, with realistic expectations of others.
  • Ability to problem-solve, make sound business decisions, confidently challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas.
  • Confident in dealing with people issues.
  • Effective multi-tasker who can plan, organize, and prioritize workload.
  • Must evidence right to work in the UK.
  • Not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
  • Must not have had an unsuccessful application for a similar role in the last 6 months.
