About the Role

Wild is seeking a senior performance marketing leader to own the next chapter of its growth, managing a larger budget, expanding into new markets, and diversifying the channel mix. This role involves fusing media buying, affiliates, partnerships, and UGC into a unified acquisition engine, focusing on sharper measurement, enhanced creative execution, and world-class performance while maintaining the brand's fast-paced, entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Own Wild's performance marketing strategy and budget across all markets and channels, accountable for CAC, payback, and revenue contribution.
  • Set the paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels, managing senior platform relationships and ensuring platform excellence.
  • Lead the creative operating model for performance, defining how Wild produces, tests, and scales high-performing content globally.
  • Lead the affiliates and partnerships strategy, driving efficient channel growth and managing senior commercial negotiations.
  • Champion an AI-first operating model, embedding AI across media buying, creative, and partnerships to enhance team speed and efficiency.
  • Own the roadmap for measurement maturity, including incrementality testing, attribution, and reporting, translating insights into investment strategies.
  • Connect paid media decisions directly to Wild's LTV, retention, and unit economics in leadership discussions.
  • Act as a senior voice in the marketing leadership team, deputizing for the Performance Marketing Director on performance-related matters.

Requirements

  • A senior performance marketing leader (Head of or equivalent) with experience managing acquisition across multiple markets, including the US.
  • Deep hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, and Google, with a proven ability to scale significant paid budgets.
  • Commercially astute, connecting paid decisions to LTV, retention, and unit economics.
  • Experience owning or closely collaborating with content or UGC functions, understanding performance creative drivers.
  • Proficiency in running incrementality testing (Geo, in-platform lift, or similar) and understanding measurement trade-offs.
  • Experience embedding AI into workflows and team operations.
  • Experience in fast-growth consumer brands, comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and iterative shipping.
  • Experience with affiliates, influencer, or commercial partnerships is a strong plus.
