About the Role
This role supports the delivery of the People & Culture (P&C) portfolio by coordinating projects and driving effective change adoption, ensuring P&C initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with the required quality.
Responsibilities
- Support with the P&C Delivery PMO, standardizing intake, prioritization, delivery tracking, adoption measurement, and benefits realization.
- Coordinate and own PMO tactical deliverables and parts of cyclical delivery or workstreams in bigger programmes.
- Support Project and Change Manager in delivering cyclical delivery actions.
- Coordinate Delivery Team activities including roadmap, status reports, plans, risks, and issues.
- Prepare weekly meetings and documentation for project and steerco meetings.
- Support stakeholder management and engagement approach on various projects.
- Ensure all key PM documentation is centrally managed and available throughout programmes.
- Update and maintain relevant toolkits and project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance materials.
- Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate and supporting the development of mitigation actions.
Requirements
- Experience of managing P&C projects.
- Understanding of PMO activities.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
