About the Role
At Myo, we are seeking a passionate Member Experience Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting growth phase as we open new workspaces. You will act as the face of the brand, delivering premium customer service and ensuring our members and visitors have an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop relationships with internal and external members to understand and address their needs.
- Lead customer onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Respond to customer tickets.
- Act as the first point of call for resolving members and guest issues and escalating where necessary.
- Conduct tours of the space for office rental and event hire.
- Liaise with the building management team.
- Provide AV and Room Setup support.
- Cover reception when needed, including lunch breaks.
- Conduct floor checks to ensure the space is tidy and ready for use.
- Plan members events and source third-party suppliers.
- Manage Myo’s events budget appropriately whilst delivering an enriching events programme.
- Tailor events with Myo’s ESG strategy in mind.
- Support with general office admin tasks and the raising of PO’s.
- Maintain the site documents.
- Train the Member’s Host.
- Hold regular KPI meetings with service partners to ensure service is maintained.
- Support Flexible Workplace Manager in budget setting.
- Manage and maintain Myo’s compliance platform ensuring all statutory testing is up to date.
- Deputise for Workplace Manager.
- Oversee small project works.
- Act as an ESG ambassador for Myo.
- Represent Myo in wider Landsec Quarterly Customer Meetings.
Requirements
- Relevant customer experience in coworking, retail, and/or events.
- Event planning experience.
- Thrives in building relationships with people.
- Natural problem solver.
- Possesses a can-do attitude.
- Has great organizational skills.
- Is great at solving problems.
- Shows great attention to detail.
- Comfortable working knowledge of MS Office tools - particularly in Word and Excel.
- Natural self-starter and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
