About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Senior Associate, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions for auditing and reporting purposes. You will work with clients across Finance & Operations to collaborate with leadership in operationalizing strategic initiatives and influencing key decision-makers to drive successful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations including escalated queries, accounts payable analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Drive process improvements with change control, documentation, and participation in firm-wide projects.
- Produce ad hoc and periodic reports to support operational insights.
- Oversee supplier management, including supplier correspondence and team management of offshore operations and analytics.
- Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
