About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being close to the detail: building campaigns, digging into search query reports, spotting optimisation opportunities, improving audiences, testing creative, reporting clearly, and helping us move faster. You’ll sit in the B2C Growth squad, reporting into the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, and will own paid digital activity across paid search, programmatic and paid social. You’ll work closely with our Content Creator, Design team, Commercial team and wider Marketing team to get campaigns live quickly, optimise performance, and unlock new areas of growth. Paid media is the heart of this role, but you'll also own key parts of the user journey, including writing, building, and launching campaign landing pages using our web tools to ensure end-to-end performance. Over time, there may also be the opportunity to support organic social planning, scheduling, and reporting alongside our Content Creator. This would suit someone with strong hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally from an agency or fast-paced digital environment, who is ready to step into an in-house role with more ownership, more visibility, and more chance to shape what happens next.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social and programmatic display.
- Dive into search query reports, audiences, bids, budgets and campaign performance to spot what’s working, what’s wasting spend, and where the next opportunity is.
- Work hands-on across SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager, ensuring campaigns are set up cleanly, tracking works, audiences flow through, and everything goes live without drama.
- Help manage digital spend within agreed monthly targets, reporting regularly on pacing, CPL and performance, with clear recommendations on where to push, pause or test next.
- Partner with our Content Creator and Design team to test new creative hooks, formats, audiences and messaging across paid search, paid social and programmatic.
- Turn channel data into clear, practical insight, helping the B2C squad understand what’s happening, why, and what we should do next.
- Take end-to-end ownership when campaigns require new landing pages and other pieces of content like quizzes, drafting page copy, building them using our CMS/web tools, and setting them live.
- Coordinate briefs, assets, links, tracking and launches across content, design, web and wider marketing teams so campaigns get live quickly.
- Jump into wider growth priorities when the team needs it.
Requirements
- Strong experience of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency, media, content or high-growth in-house environment.
- Strong paid search experience, with the confidence to build, manage and optimise campaigns day to day, including search query analysis, bid optimisation, budget pacing and performance reporting.
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform, especially SA360 and Campaign Manager.
- DV360 experience would be a big plus, particularly if you’ve worked on programmatic display campaigns.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally in Meta Ads Manager, with a good understanding of how creative, audiences, placements and formats affect performance.
- A proper performance mindset. You enjoy digging into the numbers, finding wasted spend, spotting growth opportunities and working out what we should do next.
- Good tracking and reporting hygiene. You understand why UTMs, conversion tracking, audiences, naming conventions and clean campaign setup matter.
- A roll-your-sleeves-up attitude. You’ll enjoy this role if you like pace, variety, ownership, and the odd “this isn’t technically my job, but I can help” moment.
- This role will suit someone driven, proactive and commercially minded, but also kind, low-ego, positive and fun to work with.
