About the Role
This role is all about using People data, performance metrics, and smart statistical tools to understand what makes our people tick, spot key trends, and give us the insights we need to make Monzo an even better place to work and how we can drive performance. You'll be the one helping us move from 'gut feeling' to objective, data-backed decisions across the business.
Responsibilities
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends.
- Build and maintain real-time reporting dashboards using Google Sheets and Looker.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for strategy.
- Suggest and implement data-driven solutions for process improvement.
- Collaborate with People teams and stakeholders to champion data accuracy.
- Utilize predictive modeling to identify top talent and future workforce needs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker.
- Solid foundation in statistics, including regression, significance testing, and predictive modeling.
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
- Real-world experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a related Data Analysis role.
