  • Support the management of pre-employment and compliance-driven stages for new hires, including background checks, right-to-work checks, and relocation logistics.
  • Manage the Greenhouse Onboarding platform, ensuring tasks and communications to new joiners, managers, and other stakeholders are up-to-date.

  • Experience with global mobility, immigration, or right-to-work compliance in a global company.
  • Exceptional organisational and coordination skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple competing priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • A "get stuck in" mentality and high levels of proactivity; no task is too big or too small.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a changeable environment where you can implement creative and innovative ideas.
